5.1 Automatic archive feature

The Automatic archive feature allows for Applications that have been inactive through non-booking to be moved from the Applicants list into archive. This prevents the Applicants list from becoming sluggish and slowed down with excess data. You can search and retrieve an Application from archive at any time.

To adjust the time period of the archive go to Event Set-Up page. Scroll down to Applicant Setttings. See Automatically change Applicant Status to 'Archived': Select from the drop down menu, the time period that you would like to archive Applicants after no active bookings. Click update to make this change.
