6.0 Set default notes on Sites

A handy feature is to be able to record notes against a Site. Make any note you like, but some common notes include: reserved for {regular Stallholder name}, so that you don’t place a casual Stallholder into a site you would normally reserve for a regular trader, OR details about the physical space that the site occupies, such as, full sun, full shade, sloping, don’t place coffee here etc.

Log into Stall Manager. Go to Site Set-up page. Make the relevant selections from the drop-down menus in the fields in the Red Bar across the screen to select the desired Market/Event, Season (if relevant) and trading date.

Select the Section you need from the drop-down menu. Scroll down the table until you locate the Site # that you wish to create notes or edit notes for. Hover and click your mouse over the text showing the site size and price. A pop-up window will open. Click on the Notes field, and type in your notes, or edit existing notes as required. Click update to finalise.
