8.0 Create/edit default emails
One of the great time-saving features of Stall Manager is the ability to create and edit default emails when communicating with Applicants/Stallholders. You can set the professional tone for your organisation and ensure that all Applicants consistently receive all the information they need - every time.
Log into Stall Manager. Go to Emails Set-up page. Select the correct Market before you edit any templates.
Look to top right hand side Event emails with the names of the email templates in the Status box, most likely; Accepted, Rejected, Waitlisted or Withdrawn. Select one of these by clicking on the text.
Once selected, move back to left hand side of screen and type your text into the Title, Subject and Content text boxes. Click New Custom Email to create and save your new template.
If updating a default email, click Save to complete your changes.
