Hi there, your stall fee for the (insert name of Market here) has not been finalised. We no longer accept cash on the day for stall fees. Please finalise your stall fee (by when?) or your booking will be cancelled and we will offer the site to another.

OR

Hi there, we’d like to confirm your attendance at the (insert name of Market here) on (insert trading date here). Please finalise your invoice (by when?) so that we are able to secure a site for you. If you have not received your invoice, or are having trouble paying please contact (who?) (by when?).
