3.5 How do I cancel a Site Allocation/ remove a booking?

In the instance where a Stallholder has not yet paid for their Site and is no longer able to attend your Market/Event, you will want to cancel the Site allocation for that Stallholder and leave the site vacant for another potential booking. If you have sent an invoice to a Stallholder you cannot cancel a site allocation before you have cancelled the invoice. This important feature is in place so that you can't accidentally remove someone who has paid to be at your Market/Event.

Log in to Stall Manager. Go to Site Allocations. Using the Red Bar select the relevant options from the drop down menus to select the correct Market and Season, if managing multiple events.


Select the trading date of the booking you wish to cancel. Scroll down to the Site #. Using your mouse click the in the top 'x' right corner of the Site. A pop-up window will open and ask if you are sure you want to cancel the booking. Click ‘Ok’ to confirm removal. The page will refresh and the Site will be clear.
