3.11 Send group email to Applicants/Stallholders booked for a specific Market/Event date
Log into Stall Manager. Click on Site Allocations page. Using the Red Bar select the relevant options from the drop down menus to select the correct Market/Event and Season, if managing multiple events.
Select the trading date that you require. Select the Section you require. Select Send group email from the Red Bar. A pop-up window will open. Click on show link to view the list of recipients. To remove anyone in the list, simply uncheck the box next to their name.
Step 1. Select an email template from the drop down menu if relevant OR enter your email subject in the email subject text field and type your email in the email body text box.
Step 2. Check sender name and email address.
Step 3. Optionally, you may attach a file up to 5MB.
Step 4. Click send email. Once completed, close the window.
