3.7 How do I add additional charges to an Allocation/booking?
Adding additional charges to a booking is sometimes necessary. Additional charges can be applied at the time of the initial allocation, or at a later time as required.
To add additional charges to a site allocation go to the Site Allocations page and locate the Allocation/booking. Hover and click with your Mouse over the name of the Stallholder in the allocations table. A pop-up window will open where you can adjust prices, select alternative Site sizes, make notes and ass additional charges. Click Add Charges button. Select the additional charge item from the drop-down menu. Complete the following fields as needed. There is an option to make notes if you need. Click Save to complete the process.
