3.8 Duplicate a whole Market/Event's bookings - the great time saver!
Go to Site Allocations page. Select the trading date you wish to copy Allocations to from the Event Date drop down menu. Go to the Red Bar and select Copy Previous Allocations button. A pop-up window will open. Select the previous trading date that you wish to copy the Allocations from.
Select the section that you wish to copy the Allocations to from the drop-down menu.
HANDY HINT: We strongly suggest you copy allocations over section by section (if your Market or Event has sections) rather than all at once, so that you have the opportunity to check each section before moving on, eliminating the chance for error.
Select the correct Tag, which relates to the group of Stallholders you wish to copy over.
For most Markets/Events this will be Regular Attendees/Stallholders.
The pop-up window will refresh and will list;
- any allocations that are unable to be copied
- and the allocations that will be successfully copied.
Click show for details on either. Note the tickbox, against the command to copy notes from previous allocations and determine if you would like to keep this ticked, or un-tick to create fresh notes for this trading week.
REMEMBER if you use the notes section to record details of free or discounted sites. Please take care, before copying these notes over to avoid confusion. Select the Copy Allocations button to complete.
Go to Site Allocations and check each allocation – this is REALLY IMPORTANT to ensure your bookings are correct for the new trading date.
Repeat steps above for each of your sections as required.
