2.6 Assign Tags to an Application
Adding a tag to an application is a handy way of identifying or grouping the stallholder later on. Unlike Categories, where each applicant can only belong to a single category, you can add as many tags to each applicant as you wish. You can also filter your applicants using the Tag Filter Control at the top of the page, allowing you to send group emails to a particular Tag group.
Some examples of useful Tags might be: Regular, Casual, Requires Power, Has own PLI, Trades from Caravan. Tags can be used for anything you like! It's up to you.
To assign a Tag simply: Looking at the list of applicants, look across the list to the Tag column. Using the dropdown control in this column select the Tag you want to assign.
To add new Tag select add a new Tag from the drop down menu. Give the tag a label and colour. Once you have created a tag it will appear in the drop down list so you can easily add it to other Applicants.
To modify an existing tags label, or colour, simply click on the tag label. Make the change and select Update.
To remove any tag from an applicant click the on the left hand side of the tag.
If you want to completely remove a tag from ALL applicants, click on the lag label and click the Delete button. TAKE CAUTION HERE – This function removes a tag from ALL stallholders, and is not reversible, so you will want to BE SURE before you complete this step.
