2.8 How do I update an Applicant's details?

Locate the Applicant that you would like to update. Look across the list for update details and select.


A pop-up window will open. Notice the options across the top of the new window; Details/ Stall/ Insurance. Click on the option relevant to the details you want to update.


Update details:

Highlight the text you want to update and type over the new details. Use the tab button on your keyboard to click out of the field. You will see the details have updated.


Update Stall information:

Click on the option from multiple choice answers to update Stall information OR highlight the text you want to update and type over the new details where relevant. Use the tab button on your keyboard to click out of the field. You will see the details have updated.


Update Insurance:

Click on the blue square and select the document (from your device) you wish to upload. Update the expiry field to reflect the new insurance certificate you have uploaded.
