2.12 How do I send a group email to Applicants?

Firstly define your desired group of recipients. Use the fields in the Red Bar, make the selections to determine the group. From Functions (last line in the Red Bar) click send group email.


A pop-up window will open. Click on the show link to view the list of recipients. To remove anyone in the list, simply uncheck the tick box next to their name.


Complete Step 1 (in the pop-up window) - select an email template from the drop down menu if relevant OR enter your email subject in the email subject text field and type your email in the email body text box.


Complete Step 2 Check sender name and email address.

Complete Step 3. Optionally, you may attach a file up to 5MB.

Click send email at the bottom of the screen to send the group email. Once completed, close the window.
