2.9 How do I change the status of an Applicant?
Locate the applicant whose status you wish to change. Look over the right hand side of the page to the Status column. Click on -change status- and see the following options in a drop-down menu; Accept, Reject, Waitlist or Withdraw. Click on the relevant response.
A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to send the applicant an email.
In most cases the change of status is for internal records only. For instance, a Stallholder has withdrawn from your Market/Event. In this case there is no need to send the Stallholder an email about this, so click Cancel.The page will refresh and the updated status will be set.
If you do wish to send the Stallholder an email as part of the change in status process, click OK. A pop-up window will appear containing the corresponding default email relevant to the response you have chosen for the applicant.
Customise/personalise the response, as you wish, by typing in the text window. Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window and select send email to send the email.
Close the pop-up window. The updated status will be set.
