2.7 How to assess/respond to an Application


Assessing and responding to an application according to your selection
criteria is easy. Firstly though, you need to make sure that you have set up
your default email responses in order to save you time. Go to Email Set-Up. 

Find the Application you wish to respond to. Look over the right hand side of the page to the Status column. From the drop down menu select Respond to see options; Accept, Reject, Waitlist or Withdraw. Click on the relevant response.


A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to send the applicant an email. In this instance, the answer is OK.


A pop-up window will appear containing the corresponding default email relevant to the response you have chosen for the applicant.


Customise/personalise the response, as you wish, by typing in the text window.

Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window and select send email to send the email. Close the pop-up window.
