4.4 Receiving payments/ Online success/ Online click explained

Upon receiving an invoice via email, stallholders simply click on the link to pay, and follow the instructions in the payment window; enter their credit card details and finalise the transaction. When an online payment is completed successfully, this is recorded in Stall Manager for you to view. 

To track the status of online payments, or to check a particular payment log in to Stall Manager. Go to Payments page. Make the relevant selections from the drop-down menus in the fields in the Red Bar across the screen to select the desired Market/Event, Season (if relevant) and trading date.


Locate the Applicant/Stallholder from the list. Look across to Payments column. If an invoice has been paid successfully ONLINE SUCCESS will be recorded. If an invoice link has been clicked on, but payment has not been finalised ONLINE CLICK will be recorded. This give you a little background information about where the Applicant/Stallholder is at with payments.
