4.5 Process a phone payment with a Credit Card

One great feature of Stall Manager payments is the ability to process payments by phone. Stallholders may be travelling, have issues with Internet or email, or may prefer to handle payments over the phone. 

Log in to Stall Manager. Go to Payments page. Make the relevant selections from the drop-down menus in the fields in the red bar across the screen to select the desired Market/Event, Season (if relevant) and trading date.


Locate the Applicant/Stallholder you want to record a phone payment for. Use the command/control F function for a quicker search.


In the Payments column click the Pay button. The Online Payment page will open in a new window. The details of the payment will be clearly shown. Click the Pay button. Enter the credit card details. Click the Pay button again. The page will refresh.


If the payment has been successful Payment successful will be recorded. A payment receipt is immediately sent to the Applicant's/Stallholder’s email address.


If the transaction is not successful, we suggest you start the process again by going back into Stall Manager and repeating the steps above (taking care to check that the credit card details are entered correctly). If the transaction is still not successful, advise the Applicant/Stallholder to contact their bank and enquire as to why the transaction was not able to be processed. Once the issue has been resolved by them, another phone payment can be attempted.
