4.13 Transfer payment from one date to another

If you want to transfer a payment from one date to another, you need to make a note against the site allocation that has been paid for to record why this payment will now be forwarded to another date. See Article 3.6 Allocate Sites/Book your Market for how to do this.

Create the new Allocation/booking for the date you wish to roll the payment to. As you do this, manually change the price taking into consideration the amount that has been previously paid on the booking you are transferring from. Once again, make a note against the new booking explaining the transfer.

HANDY HINT: If working in teams, it’s a good idea to date and initial any notes. That way you can easily follow up or ask for more information if needed in the future.
